She prefers to not direct the course of therapy and instead follows the client’s lead whenever possible.  She guides the sessions so that the client can discover personalized solutions within themselves. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, couples issues, trauma, critical incident stress, grief and loss, and biblical counselling.
